H&K In Hot Water

H&K apparently in trouble for shipping guns to separate Mexican with some knowledge of them ending up in Police hands. Mexico is already a Police State, but the real threat is the Cartel's ability to take pretty much whatever the Police Forces have had issued to them. It seems obvious to me, but doesn't even appear in the article. Then again I don't really see why the same thing wouldn't happen if they were instead shipped to the central receiver of Mexico City.
